PRODUCT DETAILS
1. These CNC rotary tables are critical accessories for the floor type boring mills to extend machines functions. They can setup and position the workpiece accurately both in the linear direction (V-Axis) and in the 360-degree circular direction (B-Axis), thus the boring mills can perform multi-processes such as angular milling, turnover boring and multi-face machining etc. In only one single setup of the workpiece;

2. B-Axis guideways plastic coated with large contacting area, low friction, high shock-absorbing capacity and stable accuracy. V-Axis guideways are Schneeberger MR series of heavy-duty roller linear guides made in Switzerland for rotary tables with loading capacity up to 25 metric tons, and are compound guideways for rotary tables with loading capacity between 40 to 60 metric tons, and are hydrostatic guideways for rotary tables with loading capacity above 60 metric tons;

3. Movement in the V-Axis is driven by an AC servomotor. The transmission for this movement contains the reduction gearbox and the adjustable preloaded double-nut ball screws. The travel stroke in V-Axis can be custom made to any length;

4. B-Axis rotation on models NCRT1400X1600 and NCRT1600X1800 rotary tables are driven by an AC servomotor via a transmission system containing the reduction gearbox, the high-precision dual lead wormset, the two backlash-eliminating pinions and the large ring gear fastened onto the table plate; B-Axis rotation on other models rotary tables are driven by an AC servomotor via a transmission system containing the reduction gearbox, the two backlash-eliminating pinions preloaded with the disc springs and the large ring gear fastened to the table plate. Any backlash in gear engagements is eliminated to guarantee the high precision transmission of the servomotor. B-Axis spindle is supported by the high precision double-row cylindrical roller bearing and there is a central unloading device atop;

5. Hydraulic brake systems are mounted on the rotary table to offer a high clamping forces on the saddle and the table plate to ensure the rotary table have the capacity to allow heavy cutting forces;

6. Timing and quantitative lubrication device are adopted on the rotary tables and grease lubrication is used on the bearings of the ball screws;

7. V-Axis is equipped with the precision linear optical encoders and B-Axis is equipped with the precision round optical encoders to offer a closed-loop control for the rotary table and guarantee its high positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy.
