Production Process

Step 1:

Pretreatment: In the galvalume plating workshop, the cold rolled coil passes through the degreasing section and reduction furnace to clean the the surface of steel coil and reduce its composition, to achieve the degree of galvalume plating.

Step 2:

Central section: the key technology is this step. After the zinc pot, a layer of galvalume is plated on the surface of the steel coil. This surface will be beautiful and atmospheric immediately. Then it will be cooled and shaped by the cooling tower, and the beautiful galvalume flowers will be formed on the material surface

Step 3:

Post treatment: after a variety of processes, the steel plate finally comes to the post-treatment stage. After finishing, tension straightening and chromated passivation, the steel plate is finally rolled to the winding machine to form galvalume steel coil.

Step 4:

According to the size of customer demand, cut the galvalume steel coil to plain sheet through open flat machine

Step 5:

After the galvalume plain steel sheet is prepared well, the corrugated sheet is made by entering the tile pressing machine.

The corrosion resistance of Hard Quality Galvalume Corrugated Sheet is 2 to 6 times of that of galvanized sheet. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance and processing performance, it can be directly used as building roof panel, civil and home appliance back board, and also widely used as color coating substrate. 55% aluminum zinc plate has barrier layer protection function from aluminum and sacrificial protection function of zinc. When zinc has trimming and scratch, aluminum will form insoluble oxide layer to play a protective role. In addition, the density of aluminum zinc plating is low, and the coating thickness of the same weight is much thicker than that of galvanized. In addition to corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, 55% galvalume steel sheet has good reflection and good adhesion of paint coating.
