Installation process

1. Before the official construction, the workers should first use the horizontal tube to measure whether the ink line of the wall surface is level. Only by ensuring that the base line is really level can the later installed ceiling not be tilted or have a height difference.

2. The gypsum board ceiling needs to be fixed on a solid wooden keel frame, so careful selection of keel materials before has become an essential step. It is recommended that you try to choose pine wood with better nail holding power.

3. Because the keel is made of wood, you must pay attention to fire prevention. The standard method is to evenly coat the surface of the keel with fire-resistant paint, and then nail it to the wall after the entire keel is white. This can ensure that the place where it contacts the wall is also painted with fire-resistant paint.

4. After the surface of the keel is fireproofed, the assembly can begin. Workers will use a nail gun to fix it at an angle of 45 degrees at the junction of the two keels. At this time, it is necessary to master the strength to prevent the keel from cracking.

5. After the keel frame is nailed, the frame needs to be fixed on the wall. At this time, it is necessary to carefully check whether the distance between the frames is not greater than 300mm in order to have sufficient fastness (also according to the on-site installation with lights, downlights, shooting lights, etc.) The distance of the light should be considered, otherwise there will be some small troubles in the installation). Otherwise, the gypsum board on it will easily sink and break.

6. Next, the gypsum board will be formally installed. It is best for the workers to use stainless steel drywall nails to fix the gypsum board. Such nails will not rust and can ensure the long-term beauty of the gypsum board in the future.

7. Nailholes on gypsum boards are usually treated with anti-rust nailhole putty. In fact, filling the nailholes with cement is a more economical and labor-saving method. And the effect after treatment is no worse than nail hole putty.

8. The gap between the two gypsum boards must be dealt with in the next step, otherwise there will be obvious cracks in the future. General workers will use 901 glue and gypsum powder to mix and fill the joints.

9. After filling the gaps with gypsum powder, it is best to stick the anti-crack tape on the surface, which can prevent the top surface from cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction. When pasting, pay attention to removing air bubbles with a scraper while pasting, so that the tape and the plasterboard can be completely and tightly combined.

10. For ceilings with special shapes, post-processing is very important. Suspended ceilings such as round and wavy shapes need to be repaired slowly by experienced masters with a small spatula, which is also the most important process of forming the entire suspended ceiling.

11. After the basic shape is repaired, the edge of the suspended ceiling should be polished with sandpaper to remove the edges, corners and burrs. Be patient and careful when handling, otherwise it will affect the appearance very much in the future.

12. Generally, after a few days of hard work, the ceiling at home can be completed. As long as you grasp the key links in the above construction, you can ensure the beauty and safety of the gypsum board ceiling.

1. Paper supply system

3. Water supply and mixing system:

4. Foaming system:

It uses that a larger constant pressure pump to supply gas and accurate screw metering pumps and a advanced foaming station. Foaming station adopts advaned dynamic and platform combined foaming system to make the foam smooth and even into the mixer. This new foaming station can reduce the weight of the Gypsum board, enhance its strengh and Honeycomb foam has high stability.

 

5. Forming systerm

This system introduced foreign technology, special stainless steel edge mixer and special stainless steel pneumatic plate forming machine, they can increase the anti-wear ability of the system and prolong the service life. Plate forming machine is used instead of the original pressing roll to improve the flatness of the surface.

 

6. Conveying system

In addition to the traditional conveyor, this system adds the waste board cleaning machine, which not only reduces the labor intensity of the workers, but also makes the environment of the workshop clean.

 

7. Transit system

This system adopts the most advanced non-power entry plate fast forward mechanism, reducing energy consumtion and the assembly of each component has been improved as a whole, making the machine run more reliable.

 

8. Drying system

This system is the core of the whole production line, which directly affects the output and energy consumption of the production line. This system adopts a unique radiator structure, which can control the temperature by layer and sections. Coupled with the novel and unitque air distribution system, the tempreature and humidity of each layer of the system can be adjusted arbitrarily, thus reducing the energy comsumption. It is the key to reduce the test cost.

 

9. Edge cutting and Sealing system

This system adopts the double-layer plate to saw and wrapped edges, after turning over and folding the board, the system cuts the folded board and seals them together. The waste raw matieral after cutting is chopped into powder, let this powder absorb slurry, then can be used as accelerator. The sealing system adopts advanced technology automatic forming abroad and domestic, reduced cost and imporved efficiency.

 

10. Dust removel system

The system adopts pulse back blowing bag type dust collector, which improves the dust removel effect and basically meets the requirements of environmental protection. In addition, dust cleaning is convenient, but also can be reused.

 

11. Control system

Three control stations are controlled by PLC. Ac contactor, driving equipment selection of reliable brand and also the use of frequency converter and photoelectric sensors and other non-electric shock devices, to ensure the reliability of the equipment operation, to achieve the long-term continuous operation of the equipment automatic control.
